Gross 12% (Twelve Percent) including all commissions and consulting fees.
Net 9% discount to the buyer will be after deduction the freight, insurance, and
handling expense. The discount will be based on Second Fixing London Bullion
Market Association (LBMA) in EUR or USD on the day prior to the Invoicing
date. In the event that the LBMA is not operating on that scheduled day, the
price calculation used shall be based on the previous day’s second fixing of the
LBMA. The Buyer will bear the cost of transportation and insurance and
handling charges.
